Staying Open and Staying Safe through COVID Plan B

Following the recent announcements and changes to Coronavirus guidelines, we're updating some of our services.

As always, our priority is ensuring the safety of our customers and colleagues. With this in mind, we've made the decision to alter some of the services we provide in order to protect the health and safety of everyone.

We're still here to offer support and guidance to those in need, and will continue to do this in the safest way possible by offering phone, email and online support to those in need. We're also ensuring face masks are worn and a 1 metre+ distance is kept in instances of face-to-face meetings. 

We're continuing to deliver our services digitally. If you're completing an apprenticeship or course with us, these will be delivered online for the time being. You'll be contacted by your tutors to confirm arrangements for this. 

Where possible, our Business Engagement Managers will be moving meetings online, where they'll be able to continue providing advice and guidance to employers around their business needs.
