Covid-19 – Important Information

23rd March, 2020 Read time: Two minutes

Our number one priority is the safety of our customers and colleagues. To ensure we’re able to follow the Governments guidance around social distancing we’ve temporarily closed our offices and centres. Whilst these are closed, our commitment is not. Our teams are on hand, working from home to provide you with support over the phone or online.

Delivering a digital service

Our teams are now working from home and delivering our services digitally to continue to support you.

Apprenticeship delivery has moved online, with both teaching and learning moving to video chat. All of our Business Engagement Managers are conducting remote planning meetings and talking to employers about how we can support in terms of training and development. We’re still completing our businesses needs analysis for employers, and are keen to keep conversations going and explore skills gaps across the board.

Thank you

It’s been a challenging few weeks and we’d like to thank our people for their continued hard work in making sure we can still provide our customers with the help they need. We’d also to thank you, our customers for your patience whilst we all adjust to a new way of working.
