Futures for Business are proud to be working in conjunction with Hello Fresh in order to help support their recruitment for their newly planned opening of their Distrabution centre in Derby for June 2022. Together, Futures for Business and Hello Fresh are offering the residents of Derbyshire and the East Midlands a chance to upskill themselves by completing a full-time 10-day training course across 2 weeks. On this course, learners will gain a good understanding of the importance of providing interpersonal skills within a work environment to increase productivity, as well as how to both represent themselves and the organization to members of the public and in house teams. In addition to this the candidate will be able to learn how to demonstrate the core values of being a operative within Hello Fresh by showing how to be:
- Adaptable
- A Team player
- Digitally Savvy
- A Self-starter
This will be formalized by each applicant working towards gaining accredited qualifications in Employability certificated by City and Guilds. This qualifications will be made bespoke and tailored towards the needs and services offered by Hello Fresh.
Upon successful completion, satisfactory attendance and commitment to the course, all candidates will be offered a guaranteed interview with Hello Fresh for one of their Operative roles within the New Hello Fresh Distrbution centre in Derby.
Should a candidate be unsuccessful at interview, they will be offered further support through our National Careers Service Contract or ESF funded provision to support them and develop their skills for them to enter sustainable employment.
