Pre-Employment Training and Qualification with Futures for Business and Teaching Art

After the 7 day course, everyone will receive a qualification from City & Guilds will enable them to not only handle customer queries, but also allow them to develop their communication skills in a workplace setting.

All candidates will be offered a guaranteed interview for one of the roles within Teaching Art Ltd, you can find more information about the roles below.

The course itself will last for 7 days based over a 2-week period with training each day taking place between the hours of 09:30 and 16:00.

The Employer

Teaching Art is an estalished Newark employer, who offer teaching through videos and courses, bi-monthly magazine and sale of art equipment. Being in the hobby/leisure sector they are not adversely affected by covid.

The company is well respected and have very low staff turnover with staff staying for years. Hence they’re looking for the ‘next generation’!

The Positions

• 5 x warehouse operatives 
• 2x marketing assistants 
• 1x finance assistant 

The roles will initially be a 6 month placement (Teaching Art Ltd will look to extend this to a permanent role or apprenticeship, following a successful placement), 25 hours a week on minimum wage.
