    Job Description:

    • Produce accurate and timely valuations for invoicing
    • Raise and send out invoices via the Sage system
    • Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure that commercial procedures are established and maintained
    • Compile monthly reports in line with company process
    • Deal with client queries over payment
    • Responsible for keeping opportunity trackers up-to-date
    • Preparation and submission of EOIs and PQQs; using client portals as necessary;
    • Undertake direct client contact on administrative queries for EOI, PQQ and ITT’s
    • Submission proposals for new tenders including the collation of required documentation for proposals through liaison with Bridgeway internal teams
    • Coordinate the submission of EOI’s, PQQ’s and ITT’s including electronic and hard copy submissions
    • General office duties including accurate collation and storage of information
    • Work within the commercial team and assist where required
    • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
    • Having the best interests of the business in mind at all times and reporting to your manager anything of a nature that will affect the business.

    These are illustrative duties and the post holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.

     

     

    Person Spec:

    • Administration  experience, To ensure that commercial procedures are established and followed to maintain existing and future contacts
    • Responsible for providing administration support to the commercial department and wider business
