    Job Description:

    • To ensure that BCL Internal Payroll Policy & Procedures are established and followed.
    • Provide support to the Payroll Manager and ensure cover during holidays and absence.
    • To provide input for continuous improvement in the Payroll process.
    • To ensure a clean purchase ledger is maintained / reducing in months’ queries.
    • To assist the Payroll Manager and Finance Director with any ad hoc requirements.
