Kimberley Caravans of Nottingham has grown to be one of the largest new and used caravan dealerships in the East Midlands. Starting off in the early 1980's as a single plot of land for a few caravans, Kimberley's Nottingham dealership has grown into the large, successful caravan dealership that it is today.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
Department: Aftersales
Main Duties
· Liaise with service advisors to ensure compliance of warranty paperwork presented prior to claim progression
· Ensure all submissions for warranty and good will claims are accurate and processed in a timely manner
· Ensure revenue is maximised by maximising warranty claims and invoicing, and by maintaining up to date knowledge of warranty procedures and warranty cover given on the variety of vehicles sold, whilst ensuring faulty parts are returned for credit and unused parts are returned to stock
· Upload warranty claims on to manufacturer’s portals
· Chase any debts outstanding with manufacturers
· Dispute any underpaid claims with manufacturers
· Take responsibility for managing warranty ledger through to pay out of claims
· Applying company policies and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer service

Skills and Experience
Previous motor industry experience in a warranty role
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally with manufacturers and customers
Excellent time management skills, prioritising daily workload to ensure all deadlines are met
Methodical and thorough approach to ensure accuracy
Confident in both telephone and written communication
Excellent IT skills
Training
Systems training will be provided, including one week’s training with the Aftersales department at the Darlington Branch
Training will also be provided by the Accounts department at Nottingham with specific regards to warranty ledger
