Due to continued growth, R.E.A.L. Education are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support the 1:1 Personalised Learning Programme in the East Midlands

R.E.A.L. Education Ltd work with young people from across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire who do not access full time mainstream education provision. The reasons why young people are not educated in a school environment can vary and at R.E.A.L. Education we provide them with bespoke individualised programmes and help them to achieve and experience success. We require a number of teaching assistants who thrive on being creative and enjoy delivering education in innovative ways.
This will be a challenging role but rewarding one, if you have the motivation and drive to make a difference to the lives of young people and be able to teach them the skills required to live independent and fulfilling lives then this job is for you.
This role does include a considerable amount of driving across the East Midlands and surrounding areas where applicable, however we do work in localities and will aim to keep the distances to a minimum. Please ensure you have a full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
