Due to strong growth and a solid order book we need highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our dynamic team manufacturing luxury kitchens and bespoke bedrooms for a British family owned and run company based in Kirkby in Ashfield.
The ideal candidate must be:- Not afraid of hard work – or challenging the status quo – we will only develop our processes further through them being challenged.
- Must be quality driven and also fully understand the importance of getting the job done – on time and in full – going above and beyond without being asked; but with the understanding that we’ll look after you if you’re smashing all our safety, quality, efficiency and delivery targets.
We’re seeking highly motivated, energetic, quality driven and resourceful individuals to join us on our journey to help us ‘disrupt’ our industry and become the first choice for luxury kitchens and bedrooms in the UK. Our aim is to achieve 100% staff retention and individual pay rates will reflect skill, experience and work ethic.
