  • This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor looking for a challenging role

    The Food & Beverage Supervisor will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional service, delivering seamless wedding and event execution with a polite professional manner to our established and new clients.

    Job Description:

    • Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be required to assist in managing the busy food and beverage outlets daily.
    • Team player with excellent leadership skills assisting managing a team of Food & Beverage staff
    • Understands the impact of the department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives
    • Rota employees to business demands and tracks employee time and attendance
    • Carrying out staff training and development using on the job training providing follow up training as necessary
    • Assisting guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner, responding to guest problems and complaints, participating in the implementation of corrective action to improve guest satisfaction, empowering employees to provide excellent customer service
    • Ensure communication procedures are effective and efficient daily so that service standards are not compromised
    • Up dating and maintaining standards of performance, health and safety, and rota’s

    The Person :

    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative
    • Ability to work under pressure maintaining a positive can do attitude
    • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and be the best
    • Communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and build a strong rapport with guests
    • Excellent decision making and influencing skills
