  • About the Role

    We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to effectively sell our internal coach holidays. This will include face to face and telephone customer service maximising sales within the branch and increasing all targets. The responsibilities of the role will include:

    • Selling travel products to customers, for coaching holidays
    • Liaising with all tour operators to make bookings.
    • Cash handling.
    • Maintaining customer records while ensuring all data protection is adhered
    • Booking customers holidays through all internal booking systems and booking 3rd party bookings through the internet or phone.
    • Promoting the branch and business in a correct manner.
    • Keeping the branch point of sale up to date in line with company direction with guidance from our marketing department.
    • Contribute to the effective running of the holidays department.
    • Follow all company policies.
    • Work consistently with all employees within the branch.
    • Maximising sales within the branch to meet all sales targets.
    • Excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.
    • Close and capture every sale.
    • Use all your product knowledge to give the best service to every customer.
