About the Role
We are now in a position to add a number of Residential Childcare Practitioner’s roles into the business. We are looking for a mix of experienced and inexperienced people who wish to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged and misplaced young people.
Our homes are set out in family style environments with clear, fair and consistent boundaries, we regularly reflect upon our practice in order to continually improve our service and the care given to our young people
For this role the shifts to be covered could be week days, weekends, sleeps and/or awaking nights based on a one day on, two days off rota system
In addition to your contracted hours and if you have the availability to cover gaps within the rota you will receive a generous £12 per hour for each hour worked over and above your contracted hours
About You
Must be literate and numerate. Good Basic Education and must be able to undertake ‘Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma’. Must be able to use Electronic devices provided, such as tablet, ICT systems, computer to type written reports and utilise electronic communications and any other written documents
