    MAHAL Premier are currently searching for a Customer Service Apprentice to provide a high level of service to the customers in their Nottingham stores. This role will enable you to complete a Customer Service Level 2 qualification, with a view for the right person to continue to progress to a senior position.

    The role involves greeting customers and meeting their needs, which will involve carrying out point of sale transactions and completing lottery ticket sales. Throughout the role, you will learn the business from end-to-end, as well as gaining a deeper understanding of merchandising and stock control.

    To fill this position, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

    • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • A Good level of spoken English and a polite and friendly personality
    • The ability to work well as part of a team, maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to work
    • Basic health and safety knowledge, as well as client confidentiality
    • Consistently high standards of work.

    You will be expected to participate in training courses outside of this apprenticeship to enable you to become all round member of staff with Mahal Premier.

    On completing Customer Service Level 2 there will be a view to offer Level 3 or a specialism qualification for right candidate.
