  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice with Reach Learning Disability based at Prebend Passage, Market Pl, Southwell NG25 0JH - who is looking for a varied role and a career in administration and care support with a potential opportunity to progress and develop within the company

    The Apprentice Business Administrator will be able to do the following tasks:

    • General Office Duties
    • Filing
    • Answering and making calls
    • Computer work to include: Excel, Outlook and Word
    • Working on the company database
    • Research information
    • Client surveys
    • Dealing with clients an staff

    You will already have the following qualities:

    • Grade 4-9 GCSE English & (& maths desirable)
    • Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to work within a small team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A self-motivator with a proactive, methodical and organised approach to work
    • Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to use initiative
