Futures for business are recruiting a Customer Service Technician for Home Repair Network Ltd, based at The Willows, Ransom Wood Business Park, Nottingham NG21 0HJ.
The duties are:
- To work as part of a team
- Ability to handle property claims in accordance with the required service standards, performance targets and regulatory compliance
- To provide first class customer service
To be considered for this position you will have:
- GCSE A-C in Maths, English and Sciences or equivalent
- Great communication skills
- Be computer literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent time management
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Good team ethics
- Good attention to detail
- Great analytical skills

Working Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week
