  • Futures for business are recruiting a Customer Service Technician for Home Repair Network Ltd, based at The Willows, Ransom Wood Business Park, Nottingham NG21 0HJ.

    The duties are:

    • To work as part of a team
    • Ability to handle property claims in accordance with the required service standards, performance targets and regulatory compliance
    • To provide first class customer service

    To be considered for this position you will have:

    • GCSE A-C in Maths, English and Sciences or equivalent
    • Great communication skills
    • Be computer literate
    • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
    • Excellent time management
    • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
    • Good team ethics
    • Good attention to detail
    • Great analytical skills
