  • Futures for Business Apprenticeships are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to work as a receptionist in a busy surgery in Lambley, Nottinghamshire. This varied role will involve many different tasks and duties as well as undergoing training in all aspects of the Surgery’s busy day. You will support the team in ensuring all the day to day tasks are completed promptly and accurately and that excellent customer service is provided at all times.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in customer service, and for someone who would like to start their career within the NHS.

    Some of the Key duties will include:

    • Answering the telephone
    • Meeting and greeting patients
    • Being able provide excellent customer service at all times
    • Booking appointments
    • Canceling appointments

    Must have GCSE or Equivalent in English - A to C grade
