Customer Service Apprentice l3 / Account Manager
Cema Vending have an exciting opportunity to work with a local company providing business refreshment solutions to a wide variety of businesses across the East Midlands and nationally.

About the employer
The position will be office-based in Nottingham and involve liaising with customers, suppliers and the marketing team via phone and email. You will help to send out customer specifications and pricing, process orders using our online ordering system. Help train customers on using our online ordering system. The role is required to be flexible and will require organisational and communications skills along with customer management skills.
Your position will include learning and developing practical skills, participating in classes and workshops on and offsite and completing the tests and assignments as set out in the apprenticeship programme.
- Making outbound calls to customers via telephone and email
- Answering incoming calls as required
- Raising quotations and orders
- Updating customers with updates on orders
- Working on customer account management
- Learn other aspects of customer service activity including document control and logistics
- Attend college as required by the apprenticeship programme (20% of job training)
- Maintain a working logbook for review during apprenticeship
Key skills and requirements:
- Great telephone manner and clear communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Have a willingness to learn
- Be self-motivated
- To enjoy working within a small team (4-7 in the team)

£12,000 salary (£5.76ph)
