  • Ensuring that files remain compliant and chasing up key documents as and when required. • Ensuring ISO Compliance (full training will be given); • Maintaining and updating project files. • To assist with and/or take responsibility for confirmation of time sheets, van checks and plant and equipment checks. • Filing. • Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients and our partners in the local authorities. • Taking minutes of meetings. • Writing letters and emails. • Providing the Office Manager with reports as and when required. • Providing general administrative support to the office.
