You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment teams in sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates suitable for work with our clients. This will involve lots of speaking to people on the phone and administration of the recruitment process to help effectively deliver results.

Full training and support will be provided to help your development into a full resourcing role supporting client recruitment campaigns and then if you are willing and capable into a recruitment consultant role and beyond. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment teams in sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates suitable for work with our clients. This will involve lots of speaking to people on the phone and administration of the recruitment process to help effectively deliver results. The delivery of orders you generate will be supported by an in-house resourcing team to enable you to maximise results. The standard working week is Monday to Friday 8.00-5.00. However recruitment is about the more you put in the more you get out so we will not be offended if you want to put in some extra hours to earn some more money through catching greater results.
