  • E-commerce Sales assistant to work alongside the account manager. We are looking for someone ready for a challenge and eager to develop themselves and their skill set. Your focus will be split between learning and developing shop floor customer service and sales, and online ecommerce sales. Ensuring the website is up to date and passing trending products across ot the social media team to spread the word Daily Tasks E-commerce tasks: Process invoices for online platforms Helping to achieve online sales targets whilst optimising profit margins Working closely with e-commerce and Marketing teams to create and implement content Building a strong working relationship with other members of the sales and marketing teams Maintaining product listings and live site content across the platform Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries Monitoring competitor activity to ensure that the platforms compete competitively in terms of pricing and performance General Tasks: Keeping track of sales. Regular sales reports. Attend regular marketing team meetings. Attend meetings with clients to discuss sales and marketing strategies. Follow trends in marketing. Provide consistent customer satisfaction. Offer suggestion on new lines and products based on sales experience Skills and Experience High-quality customer service and communication skills Strong IT and Office document skills Strong Task and time-management skills Being creative and able to think outside the box Persistence and reliance in decision making Clear planning and organisational skills
