Nottinghamshire YMCA are offering an opportunity for a young person to join their Grants and Funding team as part of the Kickstart scheme

|Other details||This is an entry level position so no previous administration experience within an office environment is essential. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with good organizational skills and time management as well as a basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office (ie Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel). Participants will attend all appropriate in-house training such as Data Protection, Fire Safety, Safeguarding VA and CYP and more. The successful candidate will receive one to one mentoring from the Grants and Funding Manager which will be continous throughout the placement. Futures/ YMCA will provide employability support to candidates, including CV and application form writing, interview techniques, working as part of a team and basic employability skills such as presentation and time management|

Nottinghamshire YMCA are offering an opportunity for a young person to join their Grants and Funding team as part of the Kickstart scheme. The successful candidate will help to provide effective administration support in the Development Fundraising Team by speaking to internal staff and stakeholders, managing diaries and making appointments, drafting letters and other documents and taking minutes. The role will also include general administration duties such as answering the phone, photocopying, printing and maintaining filing systems.
