| Other details | Candidate will be supported and guided throughout his placement by senior kitchen staff Short courses will be identify and if required will be provided Provided with training in Health & Safety, CoSHH, Safeguarding Adults & Children, Equality & Diversity, Manual Handling, Fire Safety and a range of online courses for self-development, with ongoing support and mentoring from our Kitchen and Management team Level 2 Food Hygiene Course provided (Online) or to support attendance at college ASAP. An Information, Advice and Guidance session for each candidate to assess their job suitability, level of education, and career goals A mid-point account review with employer and employee half way through the placement Dedicated support for you to find suitable progression into learning or work when your placement ends On the job training digital training including English, Maths and ICT for employee placements requiring this support |

Assist the Cooks with preparation of meals Assist with deliveries and stock rotation and ordering Assist with the upkeep of the kitchens participating in deep cleans and ensuring documentation is maintained. Wash Pots and follow Food Hygiene guidelines Experience in a kitchen and knowledge of Food Hygiene including Cooking, Cooling and storage knowledge is essential Support Provided by company Uniform Training on the job Food and drink supplied Travel to work will help Covid test 3 times a week PPE
