About the employer
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who would like to become a Business Administrator within a fast-paced industry. You will be responsible for data inputting, ensuring that all information being processed is complaint and correct. Keeping all computer databases up to date, making sure that all information captured is correct and clear, we undergo regular audits and it is paramount that all information entered is correct. We process a lot of paperwork, it is important that you keep well-organised files and records of business activity. Taking incoming calls, following a script for guidance, picking up emails and making sure that the relevant information is passed on to the correct member of staff. You must ensure that at all times you are adhering to the GDPR guidelines, password protecting all sensitive data, filing and locking away all personal information. As part of this role you will be required to communicate with all staff members throughout the business at all levels. You will be required to attend monthly teams meetings to keep up to date on company developments. Day to day tasks will also include photocopying, scanning, filing, making up learner packs and helping out as and where required. At all times you will adhere to COVID procedures. Making sure that you are taking the temperatures of any customers entering the building, ensuring that they sanitise their hands upon entry and keep at a safe distance. • The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail. Well organised and have the ability to prioritise their workload. Flexible can do attitude, with strong communication skills both verbal and written. Have the ability to use their own initiative to ask what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked. GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English is desirable but not essential.
