The Kickstart Scheme is the creation of new 6-month job placements for young people (aged 16-24-years-old) who are currently on universal credit and at risk of long-term unemployment.

Respond to leads and enquiries to secure new business in line with business plans and target markets. In partnership with dealers and lenders, deliver an exceptional customer experience, tailored to the needs of individual. Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications and working within agreed practices and procedures. Putting our customers first:- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing partners and customers, developing advocacy to generate additional business opportunities. Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications in line with agreed procedures. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, ensuring individual needs are understood, assessed and appropriate products offered. Delivering results Achieve and aim to exceed all monthly and annual targets agreed with line manager and senior management team. Respond to leads and enquiries to secure new business opportunities to ensure business growth and sustainability. Build and develop relationships with reputable dealers and other partners to generate advocacy and new business opportunities. Generate opportunities for rate for risk business and pass to sales support. Pass any random sample file checks and monthly audits. Maintain fully compliant and accurate records for all transactions. Being responsible Adhere to sales process and fraud policy, ensuring all necessary checks are made and any suspicious activity is reported. Treat all customer fairly and be aware of circumstances where PCF vulnerable Persons Policy needs to be followed. Adhere to current data protection legislation e.g. GDPR, ensuring company and client data is kept safe and secure and only used appropriately. Take personal responsibility for health and safety requirements including making sure COVID-19 government guidelines are followed. Working as a team Work collaboratively ensuring a close and effective working relationship with the operational support team. Actively engage in performance reviews and coaching sessions develop skills and capability to ensure delivery of results through coaching and performance management. Successfully complete all internal and external training required for the role. Outstanding customer engagement and communication skills with an eye for detail. Adaptable team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Able to work under pressure in a fast moving, ever-changing environment. GCSE C and above in English and Maths Training in all aspects of Car finance and sales admin. After the six month placement we’ll be looking at bringing the candidate on full time. We will also provide support around letter & CV writing, job applications and interview techniques in case this is necessary.
