Returns Administrations Assistant
16-24 year old through the new Government Kickstart Scheme. The Kickstart Scheme is the creation of new 6-month job placements for young people (aged 16-24-years-old) who are currently on universal credit and at risk of long-term unemployment.

Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
Patience and resilience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
This an opportunity to train a young person on a job and give them work experience.
Support to be given at all times during the training to ensure that candidate feels supported and gains good quality experience during their placement. This will be done by regular 121 meetings with their team leaders and regular welfare checks.
All training will be at the start of the placement, however if training needs are identified they will be given as and when needed.
The candidate will attend a risk assessment meeting and have HR Training, all training and support will be recorded on and signed off so they have a record of anything completed at the end of the placement.
At the end of the placement, if the candidate is right for the apprenticeship/they are wanting to progress onto an apprenticeship this will be a conversation. However, if they are not we will ensure that they receive all support needed
We are looking for a Returns Administration assistant to join a team who are expanding
Key Duties will include the following -
Chasing suppliers for RMA’s ( Return Material Authorisations)
Completing Internal credit note paperwork
Liaising with customers with regard to their returns
Updating Internal systems
Chasing workshop on High priority returns
