  • We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an expanding Customer Services team and to assist with the administration tasks alongside the Customer Service Advisors.

    Key Duties are:


    Processing of web sales orders through the web platform

    Assisting with returns processing

    Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone and email

    Assisting customers with tracking of deliveries

    Assisting other departments with administrative duties
