To carry out day to day as work set by your team leader, and work within a set criteria that will be measured and monitored to ensure the required quality levels. You will need to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers, and ensure that your own KPIs are being achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to ensuring a safe working environment for co-workers and visitors.
Undertaking training as required.
Providing initial fault finding and diagnostics on a range of handheld computers and accessories.
Staging and configuration of devices.
Managing and entering information in a database.
Contributing to process development to ensure the efficient operation and quality compliance of the department.
Delivering work against SLA / KPI.
Unloading / unpack and check deliveries.
Stock control duties.
Packing, check and ship orders.
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
