  • Job role duties and responsibilities include;

    • Answer phone
    • Create and respond to emails
    • Support Sales Manager with making cold calls to potential leads from an approved database
    • Liaise with virtual marketing partner regarding daily posting on company social media accounts and marketing campaigns
    • Be able to use Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
    • Update customer pipeline database
    • Support business during busy periods with packing product
    • Offer general support to the office and order picking function
