  • Futures for Business/Impact Apprenticeships are recruiting an Apprentice IT Technician on behalf of East Coast Fittings

    This role should cover day to day maintenance of software / hardware / miscellaneous technical problems.

    • Responsible for upkeep and development of internal platforms

    • Oversee and manage support contracts for hardware and equipment

    • All Samsung devices are covered under a support contract where the toner is provided FOC.
    • Monitor stock levels on consumables and reports support ticket to suppliers.
    • All HP printers are standalone printers which you will also be responsible for Mobile Phones
    • Order new equipment where required
    • Allocate numbers to new members of staff
    • Retrieve old equipment from former employees and redistribute where required
