Meet the trainer

Tim Hargreaves

Pre-Employment Coach

I’ve been in education in various roles for over 17 years but have only been here at Futures for a little over 18 months. I love the team here and the camaraderie, I work in a small group of tutors who all bounce off of each other, it’s what makes this place as good as it is!
I’ve taught some great people here at the Hub and I get my biggest kick in teaching from those ‘penny drop’ moments when someone gets it, particularly in maths where people may have struggled in the past.
Outside of work I love spending time with my 3 kids and the odd game of badminton with friends.
