Complaints

At Futures, we help people get into work and training. We really want to improve our services and value customer feedback to help us do this.

If our service didn't meet your expectations, and you wish to make a complaint, you can do so by: 

) Talking to our staff, this could be your careers adviser, tutor, or anyone else from Futures
) Calling us on 08000 85 85 20;
4 Sending us a message via our ‘Get in touch’ form below.

For all complaints, we will work to the following timescales:

  • Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days
  • You will receive a full response from us within 7 working days
  • If you’re not satisfied with the response, your complaint will be referred to a senior manager, who will get back to you within 7 further working days.
