19th November, 2020 Read time: Two minutes

Futures for Business are so excited to be supporting the NHS in delivering this Level 2 programme designed to attract new talent and support existing staff within the NHS and government bodies across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.

So what is the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship?

The programme covers three key areas:

Knowledge: Of customers, the organisation, the role, regulations, legislation, systems and resources, customer experience, product and services.

Skills: Interpersonal, communication, influencing, personal organisation, and dealing with customer conflict and challenges.

Behaviours: Developing self, being open to feedback, team working, equality, presentation and fulfilling promises.

The apprenticeship lasts a minimum of 12 months and completion means the learner eligibility to join to Institute of Customer Service as an individual member, at a Professional Level.

Incentives for Hiring Apprentices

Until September 2021, employers will receive financial incentives for hiring apprentices. These vary from £1,500 to £4,000, depending on the age and background of each apprentice. Find out more here.

If this is of interest to you, your staff, or you would be interested in hiring new staff as part of this programme, please get in touch.
